Refund and Returns Policy

We provide a 30-day return policy, allowing you to request a return within 30 days of receiving your order.

To qualify for a return, the item must be unused, unworn, in its original condition, with all original tags and packaging intact. A receipt or proof of purchase is also required.

Please inspect your order immediately upon receipt. If you find that the item is damaged, defective, or if you received the wrong item, please contact us right away so we can evaluate the issue and resolve it.

Return Process:
  • Send a refund inquiry to [email protected], including all required documentation (proof of purchase, photos, etc.).
  • Our customer support team will respond within 2–3 business days. Once your return request is approved, we will provide the return address and detailed instructions.
  • Carefully pack your item(s) and return them using a traceable carrier.
  • Send the tracking number or a photo of the return receipt to our support team via email.
  • Upon receiving your return, we will process your refund. If additional instructions are needed, we will inform you.

Once your return request is accepted, we will provide you with a return shipping label along with instructions on how to send your package back. Please note, items sent back without prior return authorization will not be accepted.

Non-returnable Items

We do not accept returns for the following items:

  • Custom or personalized products (e.g., special orders, engraved or made-to-order items)
  • Sale items and gift cards

Conditions of Returns

Returned item(s) must meet the following conditions:

  • The items must be unused and in their original condition.
  • The items should have all original packaging and tags intact.
  • The item(s) must not have been modified, worn, or damaged (except for defects caused by us).

Please ensure that the product is returned in its original packaging to avoid any damage during transit.

Proof of Order for Refund Claim

To claim a refund, you will need to provide the following:

  • The shipping label or receipt.
  • Proof of purchase (order number, invoice).
  • Evidence of defective or damaged items (e.g., photos).
  • Email correspondence with our team regarding the return request.
Cancel An Oder

Time frame for order cancellation after placing an order.

  • You can only cancel your order within 12 hours of placing it. If you contact us after this time to cancel your order, it may have already been sent to the warehouse for processing and shipping.

Refund Policy

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you whether your refund has been approved. If approved, we will process your refund to your original payment method within 2 business days. Please note that it may take some time for your bank or credit card provider to complete the refund process.
